Maple Wasabi Salmon


– 1pound salmon fillets

– 1/4 cup maple syrup

– 2 Tbsp soy sauce

– 2 tsp wasabi (or more to taste)

– 1clove garlic (minced)

– lemon slices

– 1 cedar plank

Instructions: Mix syrup,soy, wasabi,ginger,and garlic,then marinade salmon fillets  while soaking cedar plank in water (both steps need at least one hour). Place salmon on the plank, top with lemon slices, and place in grill.  Cook the salmon to desired doneness-about 8-10 minutes  depending on thickness.
